I wouldn&#039;t say though that the patterns of the church follow the patterns of business, but like the quote said - in this case with church planters -- it &#039;incidentally matches&#039; what is happening in business. I would have to say though that with this generation of people -- overwhelming they favor smaller churches. 
Probably for many reasons, but one is because they dont want their church to be &#039;business-like&#039;, but simply a more organic community of Jesus-followers.
